Resin Bound Driveways
Resin bound is the number one choice for driveways and pathways for both our domestic and commercial customers. The smooth, decorative finish lends itself to any environment and is an excellent surface for everyday use. Resin bound is child friendly and poses no problems for disabled or wheelchair access.
With this system the stone is mixed along with the resin in an forced action mixer. This kind of mixing ensures each and every stone is coated in the resin. The resin bound aggregate [stone] is then hand trowelled to a smooth finish at the appropriate depth depending on the size of aggregate used – usually between 15mm and 24mm.
An eye pleasing alternative to loose gravel, concrete, and brick, a domestic resin driveway needs little maintenance and once installed will reward you with many years of outstanding performance.

Michael Moynihan has 30 years experience as a plasterer and has extensive experience in building and home design. He came across stone resin during his research and the more he learned about it the more he could see it's potential and value. He has attained several qualifications related to resin work, and has a natural flare for its application due to his knowledge and experience of plastering as many of the techniques and trowel strokes are similar.
